Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a motivated student for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Beaverton, Oregon. The role emphasizes hands-on experience across client service, risk management, operations, sales, and analytics with mentoring and training provided.

Interns will work with multiple teams on projects, gain exposure to real-world business problems, and earn $18.85 per hour in a paid internship. In-person schedule Monday–Friday with no relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or above at application/start date
• All academic grades considered
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience across client service, risk management, operations, sales and analytics
• Collaborate with teams on diverse projects and learn MMA processes
• Support directors, sales executives and client relations staff to drive new business and retention
• Develop professional network through mentorship, manager, and fellow interns
• Participate in national and regional classes to learn the industry and organization
• Build industry relationships with MMA partners
