Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a motivated student for our 2027 Summer Internship in Beaverton, OR. The in-person program runs Monday–Friday, offering exposure to client service, risk management, operations, sales, and analytics across Marsh Agency teams.

You will gain real-world experience, collaborate across departments, and receive mentorship and training to help you develop professionally. GPA requirements and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date.
• All academic grades considered.
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Real experience - No coffee fetching. You’ll gain real world resume building experience.
• Partner with teams on creative and diverse projects to develop Marsh Agency’s brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the overall mission and vision of the Marsh Agency department you’re working in.
• Provide meaningful and specific support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff to further enhance new business and retention opportunities.
• Play an active role on the team: maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Learning opportunities: You’ll participate in several classes that introduce you to our industry and Marsh Agency.
• Cultivate industry relationships through opportunities to meet with our industry partners to grow your professional network.
• Paid internships: Our hourly wage for this position is $18.85 per hour.
