Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an intellectual and motivated student for its 2027 Summer Internship Program. You will work in-person Monday through Friday at our office locations, preferably Spokane or Yakima, gaining hands-on experience across client service, risk management, operations, and analytics.

• GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of application and start date.
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world resume-building experience by working with a variety of teams.
• Collaborate on diverse projects to support MMA's brand and client service goals.
• Support directors, sales executives, and client relations staff to advance new business and retention opportunities.
• Build professional relationships and expand your network through mentorship and cross-functional exposure.
• Participate in national and regional classes to learn about MMA and the risk management industry.
• Cultivate industry relationships by meeting with industry partners during the program.
