Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a motivated student for its 2027 Summer Internship Program, a fully in-person role in McMinnville, Oregon. You will work across client service, risk management, operations, sales and analytics, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

The internship pays $18.85 per hour and excludes relocation support. You will collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to real projects, and build a professional network while developing industry knowledge and practical skills

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher at application and start date.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience across client service, risk management, operations, sales and analytics.
• Collaborate with teams on projects to develop solutions for actual business problems.
• Support directors, sales staff and client relations to grow new business and retention.
• Build your professional network through mentoring and cross-functional exposure.
