Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) offers a 2027 Summer Internship Program designed for motivated students seeking careers in risk management. Interns will work in-person, Monday through Friday at Beaverton, Boise, or Spokane locations; relocation is not covered.

You will gain hands-on experience across client service, risk management, operations, sales, and analytics while receiving mentorship, training, and development to support success as an emerging professional.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of application/start date.
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience and resume-building exposure through diverse projects.
• Partner with teams on creative and diverse projects to advance MMA’s brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the MMA department’s mission.
• Provide meaningful support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff to grow new business and retention.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and expand your professional network with mentors and interns.
