Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university during the internship or co-op program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be able to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers to meet their needs.
• Develop strong store product knowledge to answer inquiries and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Restock shelves and support inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions, product preparation, and store maintenance.
• Help unload deliveries, organize stockrooms, and ensure inventory flow.
• Participate in required training sessions and follow store policies including loss prevention.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and complete shared tasks.
• Contribute to a team project addressing a real business challenge or store initiative.
