Job summary

Excellus BCBS is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed to provide undergraduates and graduates with development workshops, mentorship, and hands-on projects across enterprise Records and Information Management initiatives.

Interns will work on meaningful projects, gain exposure to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and data governance, and attend competency-building workshops during the summer. Housing is not included, and a mentor will guide progress throughout the program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment (enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program).
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operationalization of retention policies across SharePoint sites and content ingestion activities.
• Support RIM program governance and oversight processes.
• Create training materials, document procedures, and help track program metrics and compliance.
