Job summary

Excellus BCBS offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduates and graduates to develop through workshops, mentorship, and meaningful projects. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with staff at all levels.

• Proactive with creativity and flexibility to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with items on the HR analytics roadmap for summer 2027.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Complete work assignments based on business needs and priorities.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member privacy per policy.
