Job summary

Excellus BCBS is offering a 10-week paid internship in the summer for undergraduate and graduate students, from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August. Interns engage in development workshops, mentorship, and meaningful projects across non-technical and technical tracks.

Qualifications

High School diploma with continuous college enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program.
Must be in good academic standing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work well in a team and establish good working relationships.

Responsibilities

Support enterprise Records and Information Management initiatives.
Assist with retention policies across SharePoint sites and content ingestion to the IER.
Participate in RIM governance and oversight processes.
Develop training materials and awareness content; track program metrics and compliance.
Create and deliver presentations at internship completion; maintain confidentiality.
