Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program from June to August. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops across business, IT, analytics, and more.

Responsibilities include primary research, surveys, data analysis, and reporting with a focus on improving operational efficiencies and customer experience. Housing is not provided; remote work may be case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Majors include Public Health, Psychology, Business Analytics, Market Research, Business, Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics or similar.
• Experience with survey design, data analysis, and report writing is preferred but not required.
• Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program and in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary research projects to improve performance of the Health Plan and affiliates.
• Develop surveys, analyze data, and report findings.
• Collaborate with team, mentor and support strategic projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
