Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing degrees in construction management, civil or structural engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field.
• Prior construction experience is preferred but not required.
• A willingness to learn, show up, and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Project Engineering: support project managers with submittals, RFIs, coordination, and day-to-day administration on active jobsites.
• Field Engineering: work with superintendents on layout, quality control, scheduling support, and site coordination.
• Preconstruction & Estimating: assist with quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid solicitation, and cost analysis during preconstruction.
• Safety / EHS: collaborate with safety team on jobsite audits and safety documentation.
