Andersen's summer internship is a paid, 10-to-12-week program built to give students real project responsibility from day one, not just observation. Each intern is paired with an Internship Project Supervisor and work alongside Andersen's teams on live projects throughout the regional area.
Over the course of the summer, interns take part in structured project work, business unit exposure sessions, lunch and learns, and site visits, and are included in meaningful Andersen company and community events alongside full-time teammates. Interns have a steady cadence of professional development and reflection opportunities throughout the summer, capped by an end-of-summer program capstone event. An opportunity to end their summer experience with peers and business leaders.

We're looking for students pursuing degrees in construction management, civil or structural engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field, who bring curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in how a project comes together from the ground up. Prior construction experience is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn, show up, and be part of a team are.
