Qualifications

• Students pursuing degrees in construction management, civil or structural engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field.
• Prior construction experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and project engineers with submittals, RFIs, subcontractor coordination, closeout documentation, and day-to-day project administration on an active Andersen jobsite.
• Work alongside superintendents and field engineers on layout, quality control, scheduling support, and day-to-day site coordination.
• Support the preconstruction and estimating team with quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid solicitation, and cost analysis on projects moving through preconstruction.
• Partner with Andersen's safety team on jobsite audits, safety documentation, and program support, building a foundation in construction safety and risk management.
