Job summary

Andersen Construction is seeking students for its Summer 2027 Internship Program in Seattle, WA. The program runs 10 to 12 weeks during Summer 2027 and is paid, with a starting wage of $30 per hour.

Interns are paired with a supervisor and rotate through project engineering, field operations, safety, and preconstruction. Interns will gain hands-on experience on live projects, participate in site visits, and engage in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degrees in construction management, civil/structural engineering, architectural engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and project engineers with submittals, RFIs, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day project administration on active jobsites.
• Assist field engineers with layout, quality control, scheduling support, and site coordination.
• Support preconstruction and estimating activities with quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
