Landmark Properties is seeking Construction Interns to support Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout, and closeout. The role emphasizes coordinating information, maintaining logs, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.

The Summer Internship runs June 1, 2027 through August 6, 2027 with onsite locations possibly in Boone, NC; Charleston, SC; Charlottesville, VA; and Columbia, SC. Reports to the Project Manager; equal opportunity employer.

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout, and closeout.
• Coordinate information and authorizations to construct on time and within budget.
• Maintain logs, submittals, RFIs, photos, and closeout documents.
• Support in meetings and maintain professional conduct on site.
