Job summary

Landmark Properties is offering a Summer Construction Internship in which you will support project teams on site, learning Landmark processes for planning, safety and quality management. You will help manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders while coordinating with subcontractors to protect schedule and budget.

The internship runs June 1, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with possible onsite locations in Storrs, CT or State College, PA.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or Architecture.
• At least 1 year of related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout and closeout.
• Maintain RFIs and submittal logs and track change requests.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, deliveries and inspections affecting schedule.
• Support budget control and cost tracking for the project.
• Prepare daily logs, status reports and weekly meeting minutes.
• Assemble final record documents and closeout files at project completion.
