Seeking a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science or Architecture with 1+ year of coursework. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaborative teamwork on real projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science or Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, buyout, PM, and closeout.
• Coordinate information and authorizations to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain RFIs and change logs; review submittals and shop drawings as needed.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, deliveries and inspections with the project schedule.
• Complete daily logs, status reports and weekly subcontractor meeting minutes.
• Document progress photos and assist with closeout documentation.
