CAA ICON’s Summer 2027 internship is a paid, in-person opportunity based in Charlotte. Interns will work with a collaborative team across construction management, engineering, and business disciplines, gaining hands-on experience on real projects and attending site visits with mentors.

Program runs May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027, includes a housing stipend for non-local interns, and a provided laptop and resources to support work.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date in 2027/2028.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong technical skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily needs such as deliveries, scanning, and document development.
• Coordinate and maintain a master project calendar and meetings.
• Assist with maintenance of files.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and keep minutes.
• Assist with planning events and special projects.
• Assist with obtaining project data to establish schedules.
• Assist with budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Assist with contract administration and document control.
• Assist with RFIs and vendor coordination.
• Review and markup architectural drawings and support site tours.
