We are seeking a Paid Social Strategist with experience in Meta and Pinterest Ads for e-commerce brands.
Job Description
In the dynamic digital marketing landscape, you must adapt and evolve to succeed. You are a creative thinker with extensive knowledge of paid social campaigns and the e-commerce industry, particularly in fashion, jewelry, and beauty. You will use data, industry trends, and creative problem-solving to develop strategies that enhance client growth and ROI. This is a client-facing, remote role requiring effective communication of analysis, interpretation, and action plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan paid social advertising campaigns and communicate clear hypotheses and objectives to your team and clients.
- Analyze historical creative performance using tools like Meta/Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc., and conceptualize new ad creatives.
- Coordinate with designers to execute creative briefs and realize campaign visions.
- Manage client budgets and perform quarterly analyses to meet revenue targets.
- Combine data insights and client feedback to develop targeting, messaging, and optimization strategies to meet KPIs.
- Continuously optimize campaign creative, copy, audiences, and tactics for the best outcomes.
- Conduct multivariate tests to identify top-performing creatives and audiences.
- Monitor account performance and adapt strategies based on statistical outcomes.
- Maintain awareness of ad account performance and spend pacing.
- Collaborate with Email Marketing and Paid Search teams on omnichannel campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce, fashion, jewelry, and beauty.
- Provide high-quality, insightful monthly reports for clients.
- Lead monthly client meetings to present results and future strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of paid Meta advertising experience.
- Over 1 year of agency experience focused on e-commerce brands.
- Expertise in Meta and Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
- Experience managing more than 5 clients simultaneously with budgets over $5K.
- Ability to translate marketing goals into clear creative strategies.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and paid social best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting concepts to teams and clients.
- Proven ability to use analytics for strategic recommendations and growth.
- Knowledge of marketing research and consumer psychology.
- Self-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Resilience to work under pressure and stress.
- Willingness to explore solutions to complex problems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
