Milked Media is a female-led creative agency specializing in paid social and search, email marketing, and content creation for fashion, jewelry, beauty, and home e-commerce brands. Since 2018, we have collaborated with over 55 e-commerce brands, generating over $150 million in sales. We are seeking a Paid Social Strategist with experience in Meta and Pinterest Ads for e-commerce brands.

Job Description

In the dynamic digital marketing landscape, you must adapt and evolve to succeed. You are a creative thinker with extensive knowledge of paid social campaigns and the e-commerce industry, particularly in fashion, jewelry, and beauty. You will use data, industry trends, and creative problem-solving to develop strategies that enhance client growth and ROI. This is a client-facing, remote role requiring effective communication of analysis, interpretation, and action plans.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Plan paid social advertising campaigns and communicate clear hypotheses and objectives to your team and clients.
  2. Analyze historical creative performance using tools like Meta/Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc., and conceptualize new ad creatives.
  3. Coordinate with designers to execute creative briefs and realize campaign visions.
  4. Manage client budgets and perform quarterly analyses to meet revenue targets.
  5. Combine data insights and client feedback to develop targeting, messaging, and optimization strategies to meet KPIs.
  6. Continuously optimize campaign creative, copy, audiences, and tactics for the best outcomes.
  7. Conduct multivariate tests to identify top-performing creatives and audiences.
  8. Monitor account performance and adapt strategies based on statistical outcomes.
  9. Maintain awareness of ad account performance and spend pacing.
  10. Collaborate with Email Marketing and Paid Search teams on omnichannel campaigns.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce, fashion, jewelry, and beauty.
  12. Provide high-quality, insightful monthly reports for clients.
  13. Lead monthly client meetings to present results and future strategies.
Qualifications
  1. At least 2 years of paid Meta advertising experience.
  2. Over 1 year of agency experience focused on e-commerce brands.
  3. Expertise in Meta and Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
  4. Experience managing more than 5 clients simultaneously with budgets over $5K.
  5. Ability to translate marketing goals into clear creative strategies.
  6. Understanding of digital marketing principles and paid social best practices.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting concepts to teams and clients.
  8. Proven ability to use analytics for strategic recommendations and growth.
  9. Knowledge of marketing research and consumer psychology.
  10. Self-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  11. Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  12. Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  13. Resilience to work under pressure and stress.
  14. Willingness to explore solutions to complex problems.
  15. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
