Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior Omnichannel Strategist to lead and support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across our client portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving successful omnichannel activation, with a strong emphasis on paid media, analytics, cross-team collaboration, and process improvement. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, aligned with strategic goals, and continuously optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for paid social media and digital strategy across all client engagements.
  • Develop, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Build comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to client goals, with a focus on driving measurable ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and deliver clear, actionable insights through regular reporting (weekly, monthly, ad hoc).
  • Research and recommend new paid social opportunities, including A/B testing and creative/media innovations.
  • Support new business development with strategic input and platform expertise.
  • Improve and enforce media planning processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across accounts.
  • Lead financial reconciliation for paid media campaigns and contribute to budget tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams managing organic social, digital strategy, analytics, and creative.
  • Stay ahead of trends in pharma and consumer marketing to continually educate clients and internal teams.
  • Help set social goals across the department and advise on media opportunities across the agency’s client portfolio.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a media agency environment; experience with medical aesthetics or beauty brands is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive performance across a variety of paid media channels.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in campaign management across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a virtual or hybrid agency setting preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
