We are looking for a passionate and driven Paid Ads Content Strategist & Creator to join the team.

We are a startup scaling fast through social media paid advertising, and we need an expert Content Creator / Video Producer to create viral, high-converting content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

If you’re obsessed with hook-driven storytelling, creating scroll-stopping video ads, and turning content into conversions, this role is for you! To date, we’ve already saved more than 500,000 single-use plastic bottles from landfills and reduced 5,000 tons CO2 emissions. Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven content strategist and creator who can develop, execute, and optimize high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. You will play a critical role in crafting scroll-stopping, conversion-driven ad content that boosts engagement, lowers CPA, and increases ROAS.

This role requires a strong blend of creative storytelling and performance marketing expertise, ensuring that every ad is backed by insights, structured for virality, and optimized for conversions.

  • Develop and execute a content strategy specifically for paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors’ best-performing ad creatives to refine SimplyGood’s approach.
  • Plan and optimize ad creatives for different campaign objectives (awareness, conversion, retargeting, etc.).
  • Develop a structured A/B testing roadmap to test variations in ad creatives, copy, and hooks for continuous improvement.

Content Creation & Production

  • Script, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form video ads (TikTok, Reels, Facebook Ads) tailored for different platforms.
  • Write high-converting ad copy for headlines, captions, and landing pages.
  • Create eye-catching static, GIF, and motion graphic ads using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Repurpose user-generated content (UGC) and influencer assets into compelling ad creatives.
  • Work closely with media buyers and performance marketers to iterate on creative strategies.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CPA) to optimize content for better results.
  • Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ad Insights to analyze audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Continuously test different ad creatives (hooks, formats, messaging) to improve efficiency and maximize budget.
  • Identify winning creatives and scale them effectively across different ad platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest paid ad trends, creative formats, and platform updates to ensure SimplyGood stays ahead.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid ad content creation, performance marketing, or digital advertising (experience with eCommerce brands or DTC ads is a big plus).
  • Experience creating direct-response ads optimized for conversions (not just brand awareness).
  • Strong understanding of paid ad creatives (what works for TikTok, IG Reels, Facebook) optimized for conversions.
  • Experience in storytelling & viral content creation (knowing how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds).
  • Ability to self-shoot and edit high-quality videos.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad hooks, captions, and conversion-driven messaging.
