Ideal candidates have 3-4 years of hands-on paid social media experience, strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, and familiarity with analytics tools. This role emphasizes ownership, proactive optimization, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on paid social media planning and buying experience.
• Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager required; Pinterest and TikTok experience a plus.
• Experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics) is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activation and execution of all paid social campaigns from setup through launch and reporting.
• Lead reporting, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Support media planning and strategy and oversee campaign processes and trafficking.
• Identify opportunities for A/B testing to improve performance and optimize spend.
