Binding Minds Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Supervisor to support the Digital Marketing Manager in strategy, execution, optimization, and analysis of paid social campaigns within our in-house media buying team.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on paid social planning and buying experience, and expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. Collaboration with planning, creative, and platform partners is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on paid social media planning and buying experience.
• Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager required; Pinterest and TikTok a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build Digital Marketing Expertise and communicate findings with stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day activation and execution of all paid social campaigns from setup through launch and reporting.
• Lead reporting and provide actionable insights to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate across Planning, Measurement, Creative, Brand Marketing, agency, and platform partners.
• Train Digital Marketing Specialist on campaign execution and platform management.
