Job summary

Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Associate Media Director to lead performance-driven paid social strategies. You will shape the strategy, manage day-to-day client relationships at the top level, and mentor junior staff to ensure excellence in execution.

You’ll oversee planning, buying, and optimization across major platforms, drive measurable outcomes, and stay ahead of social innovations to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent.
• 4+ years of social media experience in performance media.
• 1+ years leading a team of performance media specialists.
• Experience managing lower funnel campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, or other platforms.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Main day-to-day contact for clients and trusted strategic partner.
• Develop performance marketing strategies across paid social channels.
• Oversee campaign execution, optimization, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead strategy and optimization across platforms and communicate insights to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and lead onboarding/training.
