Zenith, a leading Publicis Groupe media agency in the US, seeks a Director of Strategy to oversee media planning and strategy for a high-profile account. You will guide integrated media plans, collaborate across markets, and translate client objectives into actionable recommendations.

You will lead a team, manage budgets and deadlines, and drive best-in-class planning practices while staying ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in media planning.
• 4+ years of experience managing junior staff.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience presenting plans to clients and influencing decisions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day strategic management of assigned lobs, overseeing media strategy and planning.
• Co-lead the development of integrated media strategies and plans from brief to implementation.
• Translate client briefs into strategic media recommendations and insights.
• Drive collaboration across multiple disciplines to synthesize inputs into cohesive plans.
• Use performance insights to optimize plans and inform future recommendations.
• Manage projects, priorities, and resources, addressing risks and dependencies.
• Ensure team applies best-in-class tools and planning practices.
