Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• 4+ years of social media experience in performance media; client side or agency preferred.
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in leading a team of performance media specialists.
• Extensive experience managing lower funnel campaigns within Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, or other paid social platforms.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and optimizing campaigns toward business outcomes (revenue, ROAS, profitability, customer acquisition).
• Strong knowledge of bid strategies, attribution methodologies, and measurement frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality across campaign execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for day-to-day client relationships and strategic guidance.
• Develop performance marketing strategies across paid social channels to meet client goals.
• Oversee campaign execution, optimization, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Guide strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest and other platforms to maximize KPIs.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Lead client meetings, present results, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and support onboarding and training initiatives.
