Razorfish in Atlanta is seeking a Director of Search Marketing to spearhead innovative search strategies aligned with client goals and to elevate our agency’s leadership in digital marketing. You will oversee all search operations, drive collaboration across teams, and embrace new technologies, including AI, to optimize performance across campaigns.

You will mentor a team of 5–10 supervisors and managers, develop strategic frameworks, deliver analytics, and foster a high-performing culture

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SEM with a proven track record of strategy execution.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and leadership.
• Strong client-service orientation with ability to translate client needs into actions.
• Excellent communication skills for executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Lead search strategies aligning with client objectives, incorporating AI and emerging tech.
• Performance Management: Analyze campaigns and provide insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure risk and quality protocols using RACI to maintain campaign integrity.
• Innovation Leadership: Foster culture of experimentation and Next Practice standards in search marketing.
• Strategy Development: Guide creation of strategic plans and testing frameworks.
