Job summary

Code3 is seeking a Paid Social Director to lead strategy, performance, and team development across a portfolio of eCommerce brands. This role translates complex business challenges into actionable strategies that drive measurable growth and client impact.

You’ll mentor managers, establish standards for accountability, and push for innovation while maintaining hands-on depth with social UIs and platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid social experience, including agency experience leading strategy and performance for eCommerce brands.
• Extensive eCommerce expertise with strong knowledge of customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC, LTV and full funnel measurement.
• Advanced hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok; familiarity with Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit and emerging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy, performance, and client health across a portfolio of eCommerce brands.
• Serve as trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.
• Diagnose performance challenges and guide teams toward stronger results across major paid social platforms.
• Mentor and develop managers, establish clear expectations, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
