TSRTSR is seeking a Paid Search & YouTube Trafficking Specialist to join our team in a 6-month onsite assignment in Burbank, CA. The role focuses on SEM and YouTube campaign build, trafficking, and optimization across Google Ads, SA360, and DV360, ensuring accurate execution and timely reporting.

You will monitor performance, collaborate with the BI and media teams, and support billing processes to ensure campaign success. 2–3+ years in paid search is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and/or YouTube advertising.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, SA360, and DV360 trafficking and naming conventions.
• Strong attention to data accuracy across tags, tracking, and reporting.
• Understanding of KPIs for search and video campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• QA campaign builds to confirm setup accuracy and data flow into dashboards.
• Assist with keyword research, bid strategy, and ad copy development.
• Monitor performance against flight dates and budgets; recommend adjustments with the media team.

Job Description

We are seeking a Paid Search & YouTube Trafficking Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SEM and YouTube campaign build, trafficking, and optimization across Google Ads, SA360, and DV360 and a proven ability to deliver accurate campaign execution, monitor performance against budgets and flight dates, and drive data integrity for reporting and billing.

Responsibilities

• QA campaign builds to confirm setup accuracy and proper data flow into internal dashboards.
• Assist with keyword research, bid strategy, and ad copy development.
• Monitor performance and delivery against flight dates and budget targets, and recommend adjustments, including makegoods, with the media buying team.
• Support monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation, partnering with BI to resolve data or naming issues.
• Assist with billing accuracy, including invoice tracking and submission.
• Communicate campaign progress, learnings, and platform updates to the broader marketing group.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and/or YouTube advertising.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, SA360, and DV360 trafficking and naming conventions.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy across tags, tracking, and reporting.
• Understanding of performance metrics and KPIs across search and video channels.
• Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional marketing teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with sports marketing or experience supporting sports-focused acquisition campaigns.
• Experience with campaign reconciliation, invoice workflows, and makegoods.
