Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Paid Search & YouTube Trafficking Specialist in Burbank to support day-to-day SEM and YouTube campaigns, focusing on sports acquisition and traffic for paid channels. You will build campaigns, traffic ad groups and keywords across Google Ads, SA360, and DV360/YouTube.

The role requires hands-on campaign setup, review for QA, and collaboration with BI and media teams. This onsite position offers health benefits, 401k, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and/or YouTube advertising.
• Hands-on campaign building and trafficking using Google Ads, SA360, and DV360/YouTube with proper tagging.
• Strong attention to detail for QA, performance tracking, and monthly BI reconciliation and billing.
• Interest in sports acquisitions is a plus.

This role supports the internal Paid Search team on the day-to-day execution of paid search (SEM) and YouTube campaigns, with a particular focus on paid acquisition efforts for sports campaigns.
