You will translate client objectives into actionable strategies, oversee budgets and performance, and mentor team members to elevate paid search capabilities.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will push for best practices, rigorous QA, and scalable processes, delivering measurable outcomes and client value in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with strong analytical skills.
• Proven leadership in paid search with data-driven decisions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own tactical planning, setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms.
• Mentor team members and contribute to best practices and standardization.
• Collaborate with programmatic, paid social, and data analytics teams for integrated solutions.
