Job summary

OMLUS Hearts and Science LLC is hiring for a paid search leadership role within the Search Team. The role focuses on managing and optimizing search campaigns, leading a junior team, and delivering rigorous performance reporting to clients.

You will drive strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Performance Max, while ensuring accurate billing and strong client relations in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid search management experience, 1+ year team management.
• Advanced usage of Google, Bing Performance Max and Scripts.
• Proficient with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience with Marin, SA360 or SKAI bid management.
• Proficient with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Know-how on ad server tracking and floodlights QA.
• Strong analytics and test-and-scale mindset.
• Results-driven in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and team growth skills.

Responsibilities

• Campaign management: oversee day-to-day search campaigns, optimize keywords, bids, budgets, and performance.
• Performance optimization: monitor and analyze to drive improvements and goal attainment.
• Team leadership: collaborate with junior team for efficient task execution.
• Reporting: deliver comprehensive performance reports with insights.
• Problem solving: address issues with teammates to find solutions.
• Progress updates: provide regular project status updates to the team.
• Client/internal communication: be primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Billing: lead monthly billing and reconciliation processes.
• Asset creation: drive paid search asset strategy with test/learn/scale mindset.
• Quality assurance: act as QA for all paid search deliverables.
• Training: train and onboard new teammates effectively.
• Delegation: allocate tasks to maximize team utilization.
• Mentorship: conduct 1:1s for tactical guidance and growth.
