Job summary

Starcom in the United States seeks an experienced Paid Search Supervisor to lead strategy, execution, optimization, and growth for a portfolio of clients. You will own day‑to‑day client relationships, drive performance, manage budgets, forecast demand, and push innovative solutions across Google Ads, SA360, and shopping campaigns.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, cross‑functional collaboration, and mentoring a growing team of Analysts and Coordinators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid search experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center, product feeds, taxonomy, and feed optimization best practices.
• Experience with feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, Productsup, DataFeedWatch, Channable, or similar.
• Advanced analytical skills with forecasting, budget management, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and present strategic recommendations.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, automation, scripting, and emerging search technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated paid search strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day paid search operations, performance discussions, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and present quarterly business reviews, annual planning initiatives, test roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, customer acquisition, and overall account performance through proactive optimization and innovation.
• Oversee campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Guide teams in keyword development, audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad testing, and landing page recommendations.
• Maintain best-in-class account structures and optimization frameworks that deliver measurable business impact.
• Partner with platform representatives to leverage beta opportunities, product enhancements, and industry best practices.
