TalentoHC is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Senior Paid Search Specialist who will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and testing, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth with meaningful media budgets.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in paid search or performance marketing, hands-on Google Ads, Performance Max, and GA4 proficiency,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid search or performance marketing experience, in-house or agency-side.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, and GA4.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for testing, optimization, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search and Performance Max strategies.
• Manage campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
• Optimize targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign results to improve ROAS and lead quality.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests for effectiveness.
• Collaborate with analytics, CRM, content, and SEO teams; present insights.
• Own media budgets with accountability for leads, bookings, and revenue.
• Oversee conversion tracking and offline conversions integration.
• Stay ahead of industry updates and opportunities in paid media.
