Job summary

BarkleyOKRP in the United States is seeking a Supervisor, Paid Search to develop strategies and manage the performance of paid search accounts, driving client growth. You’ll work with Google & Bing platforms and our Deep Search tool in a fully remote environment, collaborating across teams.

The role requires 3+ years in a fast-paced agency/marketing setting, proficiency in Google Ads and Bing, strong communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced agency, media, or marketing environment, hands-on experience building and managing paid search campaigns.
• Google Ads & Bing Ads proficiency
• Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Microsoft Word/Google Docs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with SEM reporting and third-party analytics tools (GA4, Adobe, etc.)
• Google AdWords proficiency
• Experience managing data feeds and shopping campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Paid Search Management in Google & Bing Platforms as well as through our proprietary tool: Deep Search.
• Performance Management: manages budgets and campaign targets to achieve or exceed client goals across all accounts.
• Campaign Structure: auditing and improving campaign structure, sharing best practices across the team.
• Reporting & Analysis: creates client-facing reports, analyzes trends, connects performance to actions.
• Strategy & Innovation: plans testing roadmaps, drives testing, and optimization.
• Communication & Storytelling: maintains client relationships with timely updates and clear recommendations.
