Job summary

Starcom is seeking a Paid Search Supervisor to lead strategy, execution, optimization, and growth of paid search across a portfolio of clients. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee bids, budgets, feed quality, and adoption of AI and automation technologies.

You will guide teams in keyword development, audience targeting, and landing page recommendations while partnering with platform reps to leverage beta opportunities. A strong data-driven mindset is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid search experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Strong knowledge of product feeds and Merchant Center.
• Experience with feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, Productsup, DataFeedWatch, Channable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated paid search strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day paid search operations and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and present quarterly business reviews, annual planning, test roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, and account performance through optimization and innovation.
• Oversee campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Shopping, and Performance Max.
