GR0, a Los Angeles-based digital marketing agency, is seeking a seasoned paid media specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for multiple clients. You’ll lead strategy, analytics, and client communications to drive ROAS and growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics.
• Experience managing mid to high-value accounts and improving performance.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to lead calls.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple ad types.
• Manage up to 6-8 accounts or a total MRR of $40,000 and demonstrate advances in performance.
• Lead client calls with strategic recommendations and upsell services.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align ad copy with client goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advise on additional channels (SEO, paid social, email).
• Use Monday for project management and tracking campaign performance.
• Optimize product feeds for e-commerce clients using DataFeedWatch or Merchant Center.
