Starcom Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Paid Search Supervisor to lead strategy, execution, optimization, and growth of paid search programs for a portfolio of clients.

You will be the primary day-to-day client lead, overseeing performance, budget forecasting, feed optimization, and team development within a data-driven, technology-forward environment. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering measurable business results using Google Ads,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid search experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center and feed optimization best practices.
• Experience with feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, Productsup, DataFeedWatch, Channable.
• Advanced analytical skills with forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated paid search strategies.
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day paid search operations.
• Present quarterly business reviews and annual planning roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, and account performance.
• Oversee campaign planning, implementation, and optimization across multiple networks.
• Guide teams in keyword development, bidding, and landing page recommendations.
• Maintain best-in-class account structures and optimization frameworks.
• Partner with platforms to leverage beta opportunities and product enhancements.
• Own feed strategy and optimization across Merchant Centers.
• Collaborate with analytics, development, SEO, and merchandising teams.
• Develop feed segmentation and custom-label frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and first-party data.
• Analyze performance and develop budgets forecasts and reports.
• Champion adoption of AI solutions and automation.
• Mentor and develop Search Managers, Strategists, Analysts, Coordinators.
• Ensure QA, process adherence, and operational excellence.
• Foster a collaborative learning culture and client success.
