Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking a Paid Search Lead to drive app downloads and user acquisition for a global consumer app. You will own the strategy and execution of campaigns across Google Ads and Apple Ads, using AI and automation to optimize performance.

This remote-first role emphasizes testing, measurement, and client-facing collaboration, with a focus on scaling growth beyond initial installs and delivering measurable ROI for major enterprise clients.
