Job Opening: Paid Search Strategist – Home Services Focus

Location: Remote (EST hours preferred)

Type: Full-Time

We are partnering with a performance-driven digital agency that is launching a new vertical focused on the Home Services industry. They are looking for a Paid Search Strategist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in both execution and strategy and is excited about working directly with leadership in a high-impact role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) tailored to the home services sector (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.).
  2. Launch and manage local lead-generation campaigns across paid social channels (Meta, Instagram).
  3. Continuously improve performance through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven insights.
  4. Report on campaign KPIs such as CPL, lead-to-booked conversion rate, and ROAS.
  5. Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and client teams to ensure performance alignment.
  6. Regularly audit campaigns using tools like GA4, GTM, and GSC to enhance conversion flows and data tracking.
Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4.
  • Strategic mindset with a love for performance metrics, data storytelling, and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Experience working on home services accounts is a plus but not required.
