Bitcoin Depot (bitcoindepot.com) is the world's leading cryptocurrency ATM network. Based in Atlanta, GA, our business and teams are rapidly expanding. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to join our dynamic marketing team and help us Bring Crypto to the Masses.

The DMM will report to the Director of Marketing and will be primarily responsible for maintaining the company's B2C Paid Media/Google Ads campaigns and strategy, managing our online presence, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience updating websites, improving SEO rankings, and conducting detailed A/B testing in marketing campaigns. A strong understanding of current marketing tools and automation platforms is essential. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and ROI understanding
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Analytics, and Data Studio or similar tools
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Strong work ethic; a "That's not my job" attitude will not succeed here

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack
• SQL, Power BI, or Tableau experience
• Vendor management experience
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Ads strategy and campaigns, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget
• Lead operations of paid media campaigns across Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Build, update, and manage the company's website and web properties, coordinating with external agencies and IT
• Plan and execute multiple outbound marketing automation campaigns
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels
• Benchmark and improve SEO performance, driving rankings upward
• Develop innovative growth strategies
• Analyze customer experience across channels and touchpoints
• Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance accordingly
• Measure and report on campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Help develop internal processes to enhance marketing output
• Support PPC/AdWords and social media teams as needed
