The Trustee Sale Specialist will be responsible for opening and processing foreclosures in all licensed states, performing duties according to company policies, state and federal laws. The target pay range is $20.00 to $28.00.

Responsibilities include:

• Logging and entering new foreclosures into the system.
• Reviewing deed of trust and preparing notices for recording.
• Sending notices and documents to interested parties.
• Reviewing titles and clearing defects.
• Monitoring data accuracy on third-party websites.
• Preparing bidding instructions and processing sales.
• Handling calls from borrowers, clients, and third parties.
• Reviewing bankruptcies for validity.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Mortgage Default Servicing experience required; foreclosure experience preferred.
• ICE / BKFS LoanSphere Default experience is a plus.
• Foreclosure law firm / trustee experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
