Aerotek's internship program in San Diego offers hands-on experience across recruiting, account management and field support with a sales focus. The 10-week paid internship is designed to develop business acumen and lay groundwork for a potential full-time role in the Sales Development Representative program.

Participants work closely with recruiters, account managers and field support teams, gaining visibility into candidate screening, client interactions and the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university seeking BA/BS (sales degree, minor, certificate preferred).
• Transitioning between junior and senior years (preferred).
• Proficient with MS Office and basic business apps.
• Experience in customer service and sales is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Post open positions on the Internet via candidate tracking system to increase candidate pool.
• Evaluate resumes and qualify candidates for the interview process.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters.
• Shadow Recruiters as they conduct calls, interviews and reference checks.
• Attend Contractor lunches with Recruiters and shadow Account Managers during client visits.
• Shadow Account Managers during the client acquisition process and requisition qualifications.
