Qualifications

• Enrolled in college pursuing a BA/BS degree; sales-focused preferred.
• Transitioning between junior and senior years preferred.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Customer service experience encouraged; sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post and promote internship opportunities to build candidate pool.
• Review resumes and screen qualified candidates for interviews.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with recruiters.
• Shadow recruiters during calls, interviews, and reference checks.
• Maintain documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Shadow account managers on client interactions and visits.
• Assist in lead generation and cold-calling shadowing sessions.
• Support field operations during background checks and unemployment processes.
