Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Retail Management Intern to gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging customers, and learning store operations. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders, develop leadership skills, and complete a business project with management presentations.

You'll support merchandising, inventory, and stocking during busy periods, including evenings and weekends, gaining real-world exposure to retail operations and customer care in a Fortune 6 company.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor degree program.
• Expected to graduate between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Preferred majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support merchandising, inventory management, and stocking during busy periods.
