Throughout the internship you will develop leadership, operational excellence, and customer engagement skills while gaining exposure to the broader organization and regional travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience leading a retail team and engaging with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Work 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• Assist with merchandise handling, inventory, stocking, and customer service.
