• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028
• Desired majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders
• Develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership
• Motivate and manage store team, analyze business performance and impact on customer satisfaction and store results
