Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Major preferences include Business, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and interact with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
