Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Retail Management Intern to gain hands‑on leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders to learn operations, motivate teams, and manage customer interactions while delivering a real business project to leadership.

The program runs for 10 weeks, requiring 35 hours per week, with exposure to staffing, development, and store performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected to complete degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and leadership skills.
• Develop and present a business-focused project to leadership.
• Support operational activities including merchandise handling and inventory.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and store performance during evenings and weekends.
