CVS Health is recruiting for a Retail Management Intern in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging customers, and learning day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.

A business-focused project will be completed and presented to leadership. The internship emphasizes leadership development, customer service excellence, and exposure to corporate, retail, and market travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Preferred majors include Business Management, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage with customers.
• Assist store managers and district leaders in daily operations.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking during busy periods.
